7. Children’s Privacy & Child Safety
Pool Party is strictly intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to create an account or use the Service.
We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or allow the submission of personal information from anyone under 18 years of age. If we become aware that a minor has created an account or provided personal information, we will take immediate steps to remove the account and delete associated data.
Prohibition of Child Exploitation and Abuse
Pool Party has zero tolerance for any content or behavior that exploits, endangers, or abuses children. Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Creating, uploading, sharing, or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Engaging in child grooming or predatory behavior
- Sexualizing minors in any form
- Attempting to exploit, traffic, or solicit minors
- Engaging in sextortion involving a minor
- Any other conduct that endangers a child
Any such content or activity will result in immediate account suspension or termination.
Reporting & Enforcement
We provide in-app reporting tools that allow users to report inappropriate content or behavior. All reports are reviewed promptly.
If we become aware of content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation, we may take appropriate action, including:
- Immediate removal of the content
- Permanent account termination
- Preservation of relevant information
- Reporting to appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or applicable law enforcement agencies
If you believe a child is in danger or has been subject to exploitation, please contact your local law enforcement authorities immediately.
No Child-Directed Content
Pool Party is not designed for or marketed to children and does not contain child-directed content. The platform does not appeal to children and does not include content intended for users under 18.
8. International Users
Your information may be transferred to and maintained on servers located outside of your state or country. By using the App, you consent to such transfer and storage.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the date at the top and, when appropriate, via the App or email.
